Please measure your neck before buying anything! Those are not one size fits-all, they can be made bigger when attaching them with a ribbon but if you plan on using a padlocks, the closer to the size of your neck the better.
For this one you can request lockable or not! The lockable buckle work with the lock i offer in the add-on section but may not work with all sizes/types of lock. Locks are NOT included.
