Please measure your neck before buying anything! Those are not one size fits-all, they can be made bigger when attaching them with a ribbon but if you plan on using a padlocks, the closer to the size of your neck the better. This collar/choker can be used as a fashion/everyday accessory or be used to add a little fun in the bedroom.
